Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing my services. Because I provide personal services and sessions, the following policy applies to cancellations and refunds.
1. Services and Sessions
Non-refundable: Once a session or reading has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Cancellations by the Client: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
2. Events and Workshops (via Eventbrite)
For tickets purchased via Eventbrite, the specific refund policy stated on the Eventbrite event page applies.
Generally:
Refund requests must be submitted through the Eventbrite platform.
The availability of a refund depends on the specific event settings (e.g., "Refunds up to 7 days before event").
3. Digital Products
If you purchase digital products (such as recordings or guides) from this website, these are considered "digital content" and are non-refundable once the download link has been provided.
4. Cancellation by Andrea Koot
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session or event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), you will be offered the choice between:
Rescheduling the appointment to a new date.
A full refund of the amount paid.
